This site was created to give the members of The American Legion Post 139 a sense of knowledge about whats going on in their post. Here you will find a calander of events, Membership lists for the American Legion as well as all the organizations under it at post 139 in Independence K.s. As well as minutes for all the meetings, Pictures of events and fundraisers put together by The American Legion, Sons of the American Legion, American Legion Riders, and The Womens Aux. Parts of this site are restricted to paid members, but the calander and other informative places on this site can be viewed by the general public. For this website to succeed I need the cooperation of the members and the officers of all the organizations. They must submit the events planned as well as the minutes to the meetings every month. You may submit the information to jrobertson@seknetsolutions.com where they will be updated to this site. If the memebers and officers use this site regulary you will begain to see the usefulness of this site. Also if you have any questions or would like to make a sugesstion about the site please contact me as I would love to hear your imput on this. I am always open to new ideas.
